Power of attorney to bid
Written power of attorney for legal representation at the auction hearing.
The power of attorney to bid is the written authorisation with which legal representation at the hearing is empowered. It must clearly identify the bidder, the object and the scope of the authorisation.
We take on bidding representation only on the basis of an explicit written power of attorney. Scope and limits are agreed in writing beforehand; this site publishes no cost or success lump sums.
