Expert report in the court file that classifies the property according to the criteria set by the court.
A valuation report is obtained where the proceeding requires it; the reference is § 141 Enforcement Act. It is part of the file, not a market prognosis.
We review a report separately from the land register extract and the edict. Without a file review we make no statement on market value or on an expected award amount.
